Following are the Guidelines for posting email/news on BAAINEWS news list server, which will be used in conjunction with the Yahoo Groups Guidelines:

1. E-mails that conflict the BAAI Constitutions and By-Laws will not be posted.
2. E-mails that denigrate the Board of Directors of BAAI and/or BAAI will not be posted.
3. Organizations/groups that do not patronize the BAAI and/or post it's news, their e-mails will not be posted.
4. E-mails that are from multiple authors on the same subject, only one e-mail will be posted based on first come first service.
5. E-mails that are on the same subject will be posted only for one time.
6. E-mails that defame in any individual, group, nation, religious, gender and race will not be posted.
7. Emails that promote any political party in anywhere in the world will not be posted.
8. E-mails that divide the community or create debates, chats, conflicts or confusions among the community members will not be posted.
9. E-mail that does not can carry any meaningful information or will not benefit the community at large will not be posted.
10. E-mails that criticism without any suggestions will not be posted.
11. E-mail that contains jokes and/or adult contents will not be posted.
12. E-mail that is more than one page long (unless it is absolutely necessary), with very large attachment's) or with a lot of pictures will not be posted.
13. E-mail that does not show the sender (author/group) e-mail address will not be posted.
